When should you see a therapist
you may think that a crisis is the only reason to seek out counseling. (Yes, if you are in crisis, reach out to our team as soon as possible. We are here to help you.)
But there are other reasons to talk to a True Relationships therapist or pastoral counselor. You may not be feeling like you are in crisis today, but you may feel that you could do more, feel better, or find peace in an area of your life.
Why is this important?
Taking care of your mental health can benefit your whole being and strengthen all of your relationships. If something is bothering you, it’s taking up space and energy in your life. It might be draining happiness from the moments you want to enjoy. It could be stopping you from taking on new challenges or from being fully present with others.
